Yes, I'm sure it's JJI. But the frequency is 22.2 kHz, not 22.3 kHz. As 
for NAU, yes, a more exact frequency is 40.75 kHz, but my WWSU logging 
software only allows 3 places so it shows as 40.8 kHz when I access it. 
I do have a comment line indicating the frequency is really 40.75 kHz. I 
hear few European sources until real winter hits here, but NWC comes in 
well from Australia around local sunrise year-round.
