[Lowfer] Morning lowfers in NE IL

Thanks for the capture this morning Garry. Between de-sense from SIW, 
propagation, and/or sensitivity settings, the flat line looks much 
stronger than the slant lines today. I am wondering; should I transmit a 
mix of QRSS CW and graphics, or stretch the graphics a little more.
