[Lowfer] VO1NA in EN90xn

Thanks for the heads up Mike. I tuned down there and got a full callsign 
around local midnight. Then thru the night it was interesting to see the 
signal fade up for 30 minutes or so then disappear into my noise floor. 
That happened several times until 1030Z when I tuned elsewhere.
