[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Despite rain over night and using my less sensitive eprobe, a couple new 
518 kHz Navtex stations decoded here: area 4, station M in Greenland and 
area 12, station H in BC. Otherwise the night was filled with unusually 
long-winded transmissions by several stations. For example, area 4 
station A in Miami, FL sent 21 messages over 0000-0028Z (so much for 10 
minute windows!); station E in Savannah, GA sent 15 messages over 
0840-0859Z; and station W in Astoria, OR sent 16 messages over 1140-1202Z.
