[Lowfer] Daylight lowfers

Local lowfer SIW switched from wspr-15 on 185.185 kHz to QRSS30/60 on 
185.2993 kHz around noon today. The attached capture shows the OCXO 
warm-up. Lowfer EAR on 188.8307 kHz is coming through fine but see no 
sign of WM at the watering hold, which doesn't seem right.
