[Lowfer] SJ, SIW overnight

Still no luck here with WM, alas, even taking advantage of a planned
widespread power outage from 3 to 5 AM.  SIW was strong, but so was a
steady carrier only about 10 MHz away until after 4:30 AM CST.

About 4:00, a faint trace just above 185,303 jumped up in level, over time
being revealed as the dashes of a J, as confirmed by one reasonably solid
SJ thereafter...then it faded away gradually.

Also looked for EAR and MLS before daybreak, but no go.
