John, Thanks for the screenshot access.  I was able to match up my local 
capture with yours. I am pleased to see our clocks are within a second 
or so.  Over the past couple weeks I have been tweaking the U3S 
parameter to get it's TOD clock accurate so the the JT9 transmission 
starts at the proper time..

The garbage at the end of the FSKCW is the CW ID, and the beginning of 
the FSKCW is JT9.

I have an ICOM 706, and it uses LSB as the default for CW. to invert the 
Argo display I must use the CW-R mode. I believe ICOM used that logic on 
a number of their radios.

Good captures on EH, USC, and SIW.
