[Lowfer] DGPS and 136 kHz WSPR-2

A surprise last night was plenty of DGPS decodes for the 287 kHz station 
in Fort Stevens, OR. Seldom copy that one here with an e-probe because 
the frequency is shared with Pigeon Point, CA and Polson, MT, stations 
that are comparable in distance and heading.

Also noted that experimental station WH2XND on 137.522 kHz was stronger 
than usual over night. SNR peaked here at -6 dB a bit before local sunrise.
