Jim, I see that DX Engineering has recently acquired the Clifton 
Laboratories products 
(http://www.dxengineering.com/techarticles/dxepressreleases/dx-engineering-acquires-clifton-laboratories). 
They made an excellent outdoor e-probe/amplifier unit and DC-inserter 
power supply that may again be available later this year.
