J.B., haven't listened for Navtex signals on 518 kHz for awhile so did 
last night. As you noted, conditions are quite poor. Only decoded 
messages from area 4 stations A,E,F,G,H, and U. Figure stations N and R 
just arean't transmitting but even so that's way down from winter norms 
of a dozen stations in area 4 and four stations in area 12.

This morning there are a few western US DGPS stations decoding here, but 
not nearly the usual number. Hope when the months with "r" arrive again 
things pick up nicely.
