Lowfer EAR is coming in well this morning, as usual. My MEPT beacon at 
10 MHz is also making it nicely into the KL7L grabber well after local 
sunrise. But overnight, despite modest lightning activity and noise 
floor, WSPR-2 signals on 474.2 kHz were poor. Also, notice that WH2XND 
has moved down from 137 kHz to 75 kHz with WSPR-2 transmissions. W7IUV 
has decoded them at 1629 km so the setup is obviously working.  At least 
3 WG2XRS stations were active around that frequency in August of 2013 so 
it's nice to have a signal there again.
