[Lowfer] WM Lowfer FD message

Thanks for listening Gary, I just went out and rechecked the meter 
readings on the loop. Input power and loop current are the same as 
yesterday when I did the last tweaking.  I'll keep on transmitting.

I have not been able to hear any of the 600m guys tonight. I have a 
little bit of storm static here.
