[Lowfer] 30 meter opening to AK

My 1/4W MEPT beacon sending QRSS6 on 10.140020 Mhz normally makes it 
into your grabber around 0200Z for an hour or two. This morning I was 
surprised to find it quite strong around 1200Z, well after local 
sunrise. It's been in there at least weakly the whole day. I'm seeing 
bits of Morse characters as I write this after 2000Z. Not sure if LF 
will be helped but started looking for Warren on 137 kHz QRSS60. The US 
lightning map looks pretty busy but maybe something will make it through.
