[Lowfer] Recent conditions in NE IL

The lightning map quieted down through the day, despite local rain. 
Lowfer WM came in particularly well yesterday and EAR was in there too. 
After sunset Navtex signals on 518 kHz were disappointing, with few 
decodes from only nearby area 4 stations. But 160 meter WSPR signals 
were decent and before sunrise tuning was switched to 474.2 kHz., where 
WH2XGP and VE7SL decoded. Meanwhile on 75.55 kHz WH2XND decoded too as 
did DGPS stations to the west in WA, UT, NM, NV, and CO.
