Thanks for the report Garry!  I had the PA on the bench earlier today 
and added a couple turns to the output torrid. That brought my input 
current down a little and raised the loop current another 20 mA.

I am sending "WM" as a graphic to raise the frequency to .5. The U3S 
only allows a frequency entry in whole hertz. I will need to check my 
graphic character stream to see if I short changed the dit.
