Thanks for the guidance. I expected a difference because I am using Al 
RG-6, and I didn't see where Bill tested that type material. I wasn't 
thinking about the difference in the ground makeup.

Up to this point the only thing I have changed in Bill's PA is the cap 
values to get my loop resonant. I have not twiddled with the turns ratio 
yet, They are the same as when I received the box.

The ground where the loop is located is river bottom black muck, that 
will suck your shoes or boots right off. Maybe that's happening to my RF 
energy too.
