[Lowfer] 75.550kHz

OK JD.  There was some daylight enhancement on the VLF band yesterday and 
the day before that seemed to coincide with an elevated and high speed solar 
proton count.  Definitely some daylight propagation potential at 75 kHz as 
K9/SWL's captures were all mid-morning through early afternoon east coast 
time...
