13.555400 MHz is actual carrier. Dial would be 13.55390 if using USB.

I really don't recommend USB in that band because of CODAR and all the other 
racket, though. The noise in the wider bandwidth can be too much of a 
challenge to a receiver's dynamic range when QRP signals are interspersed 
among so much other RF.

Since I use WSPR 2.12, which doesn't mind if you restrict out-of-band 
response, I can use my CW filter with a BFO frequency of 800 Hz and a "fake 
Dial" of 13.55460 to get the displayed frequency to come out right.

But of course, I make it a point to trim out the 22 Meter decodes before I 
(attempt to) upload to WSPRnet.
