>>> Nope, still QRV here in Texas, 20% TX cycle.

I can confirm that. In addition to solid copy here all night, XIQ was doing
its usual fine job at last check about an hour ago. Of course, maybe those
winds are what's blowing it up to Kansas so well. Would love to be able to
upload the ones from last night to wsprnet.

Ah! Check that. Just now tried again and got a response from them, and will
try to upload a short nippet of my pre-dawn captures. But whaddya know,
looks like all these recent outages were the result of time travel
experiments! The first three database entries displayed are timestamped
from 19 January 2038. Viz:
      2038-01-19 03:14 WH2XGP 0.475687 -21 0 DN07dg 10 WE2XPQ
BP51ip 2455 321

C'mon, guys, you know the rules--what happens in the future STAYS in the
future, OK? I mean, it's kind of discouraging back here in 2016 to know
that we'll still be needing Part 5 Experimental licenses to transmit on 630
meters 22 years from now!

Anyway...most of the daytime hours I've been looking for the SIW HiFER
WSPR-2 on 13555.400, but this doesn't seem to be one of those days when the
path from IL to KS is going to open up.
