[Lowfer] WSPR early evening

Funny you should say that JB... The path did, in fact, open on 630-meters
between Laurence's RX as KL7L and John, WA3ETD / WG2XKA in VT.
Remarkable.  Between weekend activities and WSPRnet access issues, I am
trying to get the data to see how the path really was.  Maybe Laurence will
chime in before WSPRnet comes back online.
