[Lowfer] MP

While monitoring 474.2 kHz WSPR last night noticed MP was pounding in on 
475 kHz with QRSS3. But now that the sun is up it's just detectable at 
that rate. When it was on 137.78 kHz it came in well during daylight 
albeit via QRSS30.
