[Lowfer] SIW WM TAG in EN90xn

Hi All: A nice capture of WM peaking up early in the evening for a change vs 
after midnight. My NW and SW EWE antennas phased 180 degrees for somewhat of 
an E<>W pattern at lower elevation angles...

Looks like my receiver is .3Hz low according to the TAG frequency reference 
service. SIW has been very solid here all day and evening.
