[Lowfer] WM in EN90xn

OK Mike, Keep in mind that my receiver is not GPS locked. I'm usually about
.2Hz for range for error if I calibrate to an accurate on-air signal ( TAG,
MP, SIW, WWVB, ) for a few days and the local weather temperature excursions
are not too great. With the cold weather soon to arrive this evening my
furnace will be cycling and my receiver and converter LOs will wander a tad
more.
