[Lowfer] WSPR-2 decodes overnight

Oops....your'e right, John.  I was in a bit of a hurry when I set up to decode over-
night, as I was almost asleep on my feet.  To not have noticed that glaring error
when I posted this morning, means I was still asleep!  I'll make the changes to
WSPRX right now so it will be correct for tonight.
