[Lowfer] Image color for best reception at receive end

Hi all:

When sending an image with a mode such as MFSK ( specifically FSQ ) , what color will
transmit most efficiently, for a distant receiving station ?? If I want a single color background,
and a single color text; what colors will be easiest to receive ?? and also, what would the
best font be to really stand out on the receiving end ??
