Signals here from the east and west have been unimpressive, but from the 
south have been good. The DGPS station in Miraflores, Panama on 302 kHz 
has been decoding regularly and through much of the night, along with 
many Cuban NDBs. In contrast, only area 12 station Q has been decoding 
on 518 kHz Navtex. Last night area 4 station E was a no show so station 
F came through easily. On the other hand station N was particularly long 
winded and send messages clear to the station R window at times. It will 
be interesting to see if the Jan 15 massive shutdown planned for DGPS 
stations allows new DX to decode.
