[Lowfer] WH2XZO 474.2 kHz WSPR

Just fired up for WSPR reception on 474.2 kHz and notice that WH2ZKO is 
basically at 475600 Hz. Since that's the absolute bottom of the WSPR 
decoding window it's not likely to decode there unless you tune a bit 
lower. I'm currently using 474.19 kHz USB and that's low enough to 
decode both WH2XZO and WG2XJM (near the high end of the band at 475781 Hz.
