[Lowfer] Cold lowfers

MP is doing well here during the noon hour, although there is more noise 
today.  Doesn't sound like typical powerline or thunderstorm static...more 
of a constant grinding hiss.

HiFERs were also doing nicely early in the noon hour, with NC, USC, EH, RY, 
both SIWs, WM for a while, and maybe 9ZS for a short time too.  MTI was 
good, and PBJ showed up fuzzily for a while.

Also, there's a pirate on 13560.5, which from the sound of things may be the 
old-time radio show pirate from last year.
