[Lowfer] Daytime lowfers

Doug et al :
 Full power ( such as it is ) 200 watts and other than intermittent action
earlier this morning setting up new antenna tuner - have been running
QRSS6 on 475.00 kHz. Should be audible in many areas.
Full operation began just after 1PM EST.
