I received this from Jack Smith, owner of Clifton Laboratories, regarding
the repair of my Z1501, which was recently damaged by lightning.

"Dear Doug, I regret to inform you that due to illness I have shut down my
business and will no longer be doing repair work.  I truly regret the
inconvenience.  -Jack Smith"

I am sad to hear this. Jack's products are top shelf, and he is a genuinely
good person, IMO.
