[Lowfer] WOLF

I will be doing some WOLF work on 137.350 kHz, once I sort out some 
computer problems. Maybe tonight.

I'd caution against dropping WOLF signals in the middle of the WSPR 
segment of either band. WOLF is much wider than WSPR, and there's no 
sense in clobbering very popular WSPR signals.
