[Lowfer] Lowfer SIW

Here's how SIW looked this evening from nearly two hours before sunset to 
almost an hour after. I also simultaneously watched 185.301, but noise was 
significantly worse this evening.  The best I could do with WM at QRSS30 was 
the lower snippet, taken from the time frame right around sunset.
