[Lowfer] 630m "activity" night

Spent time tuned to 477.7 kHz last night with ARGO at QRSS3 rate looking
for VO1NA. Despite the fact that many NL NDBs were coming in well,
nothing was seen of VO1NA until around 0600Z when some traces appeared
along with a single rendition of "NA". Set capture to autopilot
expecting it would take only a few minutes for the waterfall to fill the
screen but forgot that ARGO143 was set for QRSS30 operation so only one
new capture was there when checked around 0800Z. As good luck would have
it that capture shows VE7CNF sending "CNF" at QRSS3 up about 40 Hz. Glad
he kept the rig on after 0700Z and chose that frequency to beacon.
