Mitch: Still about the same around -47 at 5PM local time on the NW EWE and 
LF/MF converter to the FT-847. I gave the Sony ICF-2001 a try but no copy 
with it and the built-in e-probe whip.  I may give my 40 turn 16 inch 
diameter tuned Litz wire loop a try with the Sony...
