[Lowfer] WH2XND at CW level

XND was splendid here in Kansas all afternoon, ranging from -7 dB with
very clear CW IDs when I first tuned in after watching the SIW transition
to WSPR15 for an hour or so, to a lower but still very reliable -14 just
before sunset.  I'm going to continue to observe into this evening.

At its afternoon best, the signal was S1 and ambient noise was below S0. 
I suspect it may increase to as much as S7 after dark, as it did when I
monitored a couple of weeks ago.

Anybody else inclined to WSPR2 on 2200 m tonight will also be watched out
for eagerly.
