[Lowfer] SAQ 17.2 kHz in CT

Very poor copy in Ontario even though conditions appeared excellent: 
earlier QRM on the frequency had vanished by 0730z and static crashes 
were few and weak.  I was able to hear some V's during QSB upswings 
but no chance to copy the message.
