[Lowfer] thoughts on PA0RDT "mini whip"

Hi Doug,

I built the original PA0RDT design and it hangs about 40 foot in a pecan
tree in my front yard.  Its powered by a large SLAB at the base of the
tree..

I wound a 1:1 isolation transformer (5 loose turns pir/sec on a #77 binoc)
located at ground level and use a ground rod on the shack side feeder coax
shield.. Its very quiet at 472 and does ok at 137 depending on what the
neighbors are running.  The transformer and isolated ground rod were key in
this setup.  It was otherwise a mess...
