[Lowfer] 137.777

Hi All: Someone just put a strong visual "dit" on 137.777. I suspect Dex is 
firing up the 2200m beast. That would be neat as it has been awhile since I 
have heard two QRSS stations audibly  hetrodyning on 2200m band ~:)
