[Lowfer] Playing with WSPR-15

Perhaps Ill fire up 15 a bit later - Im running wspr2 during the day on 137 but the loop doesn't favor the L48 at all - really need two loops here...

Hopefully we can get more requests into Joe or the development group as it really does help down at 136 and 475 on some paths up here...

I'll put a pester in there as well. At the moment, I'm hoping that the 
WSPR-X V0.8 r3058 that I'm running will be more stable than it has been
