[Lowfer] 2200m WSPR plus lowfer WM

Best WM of the year last night! It was just after I gave up looking for
more from XND and returned to 1750m.  I'll post a comparison of the QRSS60
and 30 screens later tonight at lwca.org/mb/ and also show the rather hot
capture of SJ that occurred at the same time on the 30-second screen. For
now, attached is the WM 60-second screen, which also shows a few fragments
of TAG.  That's approximately how the latter came in all night...the last
complete ID being two weeks ago, as shown in this message:

SIW WSPR was coming in pretty fair too at 1:30 AM Central this morning,
but not consistently. One to three time slots per hour went un-decoded
until an hour before sunrise. Then, suddenly, I got 100% copy all the way
to today's transition.

Tuned in XND for several spots before shutting down for the duration of
the arctic blast. It wasn't quite as strong as yesterday afternoon, even
though the noise level was equally low.  Those, along with the SIW WSPRs
from this morning, have been uploaded to WSPRnet.
