[Lowfer] SIW Lowfer transition

Garry,

I took WM down this morning to be able to some receive tests. I 
attempted EAR first with no results, then I re-tuned to the waterhole. I 
was able to see the startup of SIW on 299.5. I put my capture on Dropbox.

It's not strong enough to read your ID, but the other evidence convinces 
me.  This is my first capture of SIW. I have finally constructed a 
matching transformer to make my trap vertical work on LF. On the order 
of the Low Noise Vertical antennas that you find on the web. My receive 
has improved from at least 60Kc thru 518Kc. Now to add a preamp or 
buffer amp I think.
