[Lowfer] 2200m WSPR

Thanks for posting those results, Mike. It ispired me to switch to 2200m,
where I got values from -17 to -23 dB early in the afternoon, to as solid
as -5 in the hour following sunset.  The signal was gorgeous on Argo
QRSS3, and distinctly audible as well.

QRN was almost non-existent here on 2200 earlier, but picked up just a
little after sunset. It may be worse now with t-storms in the Rockies
tonight, but I'll check again in a little while.
