Garry,

About an hour after I started monitoring, WM dropped in power very 
significantly.  The short story, which took a while to find, was both 
the Antenna, and Ground connections to the Helix Can were found loose. I 
now have a much stronger local copy. I should have been fixed by 21:15 UTC.
