[Lowfer] Lowfers

Don't know why WM didn't show yesterday but this morning it's coming in 
as well as ever. And amazingly at 1336Z lowfer SJ is coming through too. 
Something's up because a 1289 km daylight path for a lowfer sure isn't 
normal!
