[Lowfer] WH2XDE/3 1791 kHz 45 baud RTTY

Assume that's you Warren--at 0316 utc on 1791 kHz, CW mode,  I had a 
brief fadeup with "dash" DE "dash"  4MUD  "dash"     This repeats after 
a long pause (or maybe I'm just getting brief fadeups). (Prior to that I 
had a very brief bit of RTTY.)
