Garry,

Thanks for the WM report. The swings in the past several receptions must 
be related to propagation effects. I have made no LowFer changes here, 
and the transmitter readings have held steady.  It was clear and colder 
here overnight Lows about 35F.

Yesterday I moved the HiFer beacon off Solar/Battery power to commercial 
power.  I'm not getting enough sun power out of the 10 Watt panel to 
stay ahead of the HiFer demand. That's about like last year. It was late 
March before I could switch back to Solar.
