[Lowfer] WM Lowfer / MM lowfer

I just discovered the WM Lowfer is off the air. Something (wind or deer) 
took out a support rope and both the loop and electronics box were on 
the ground.  I have the loop back up, but now no power out of the PA. I 
will investigate that tomorrow.

I also put a temporary exciter on the revamped vertical antenna. The new 
beacon is on 185304 QRSS 60 with an ID of MM. It is currently running 
1/4 watt using the exciter only. It is crystal controlled and is a bit 
drifty.  As I get the antenna fine tuned, I will put the PA back on 
line.  MM is just temporary until loop testing is completed in a couple 
weeks.
