[Lowfer] 518 kHz. Carrier

[David L. Wilson]

In the last few years, it has always been due to USCG New Orleans
transmitter not shutting down.   It could be them.  Check if the problem
goes away when NMG is transmitting.   When I saw it some years ago, I called
them and they (at least temporarily) fixed the problem.
