[Lowfer] 518 kHz. Carrier

I've not been able to decode any Navtex transmissions for the last 72 hours.  A 10 over 9 carrier on 518 kHz. is the
problem and I've had no luck in determining if it's a Navtex station "locked on" or if it's a more local source.  Anyone
else noticing this?  I have notified the local Canadian Coast Guard station about it and they said they would look
into it, but nothing has changed so far.
