That was NBTV (Narrow band TV) ... used your soundcard. Slow frame rate &
low resolution but real time motion. I have a copy of it ... haven't used it
for about 15 years. I'll put it up on my Dropbox and post a link to it.

What was the narrow bandwidth FSTV program we played with 10-15 years ago?
Slow frame rate, narrow bandwidth, image about 1.5x2", software out of
Italy, I think.  Thinking I need to burn this to a CD and prop it up in
front of me!
